Marcel Breuer

Designed by Marcel Breuer in 1927, the iconic D4 folding chair is one of the defining tubular steel designs of the Bauhaus movement. This vintage example was manufactured by TECTA, the German company that has produced licensed Breuer editions since the mid-1970s. Featuring a beautifully patinated chrome-plated tubular steel frame with a black "Eisengarn" seat and backrest, the chair combines functional engineering with timeless modernist aesthetics.
