CONDITION

We don't sell new products. All items are vintage—many have been out of production for years or decades. Most pieces have been used but well cared for, and may show signs of wear consistent with age. We aim to be transparent about condition and always provide clear descriptions and photos. Feel free to reach out if you'd like more details about a specific item.

PAYMENT

We process payments securely through Stripe. After checkout, you'll receive an email with your invoice and a personal payment link. We accept credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. All prices are listed in Euros (€). Ownership of all items remains with us until full payment is received.

SHIPPING

All Items are shipped from Düsseldorf Germany after receipt of Payment. Please provide accurate shipping information. Buyers are responsible for issues with unclaimed or misdelivered parcels. Return and re-shipping costs due to incorrect details will be charged to the buyer. Please be aware that customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PICKUP

You're welcome to pick up items from our space in Düsseldorf, either yourself or through a logistics partner. Therefore select "Pickup" at checkout. Please schedule an appointment with us in advance. Items have to be picked up within 14 days after purchase.

RETURNS

We accept returns from EU customers only. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be arranged and paid for by the buyer, using trackable shipping and insurance. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. If the item doesn't match the condition or images on our website, we will cover return shipping costs. This claim must also be made within 7 days. Refunds are issued after inspection.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your package immediately. In the rare case of damage, contact us within 24 hours, including photos of the package, the damage, and the shipping label. Keep all original packaging. Refunds depend on the carrier's decision. Claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are issued only after a successful claim, which may take up to 8 weeks.
